The FCV381 is a color video sounder for most types of vessels such as shallow water trawlers,
deep water trawlers and seiners. The FCV381 is a dual-frequency sounder with 2 built-in
transceivers at different frequencies.
The screen is divided into 3 sections to show various display modes such as Normal, Mix, Bottom
Lock Expansion and Ground Discrimination, Zoom and A-Scope. Echoes are presented on a
bright 12" high-resolution CRT in either 8 or 16 colors. Background color can be selected as
black, light blue or dark blue for optimum viewing in any lighting condition.
On-screen alphanumeric data include water depth, temperature, ship's speed and position in
Lat/Lon when appropriate sensors are connected.
